Supported Living

Your home, your routines, your choices

Supported living helps people live in their own home with the right level of support — building skills, confidence and community connections over time.

Overview

What supported living looks like

Support hours are agreed around the person: from a few hours a week to more intensive daily support. The aim is always the same — help someone do more for themselves, safely.

We work with housing providers, families and professionals so tenancy, care and community life fit together sensibly.

Regulated services are provided subject to the relevant regulatory requirements and registration.
